After updating my Picsart app, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a gold subscription for $0.00. I clicked Ok thinking it was free, as stated, and was charged $47.99 for a yearly subscription. It was NOT stated that it cost that amount — it explicitly said $0.00. I cancelled my subscription but it still says I have access to the gold plan until May 2019 and the $47.99 charge is still pending to my account. Is there any way I can receive a refund? I believe this is a fraudulent case of false advertising and would have never spent money for such a thing. I would greatly appreciate my money back.
